The basket is made first and then the overlay net is picked up in the free loops of the turning row on the basket and attached before the edging is added! Both basket and overlay net are made using Red Heart Super Saver worsted-weight yarn and a size E/4/3.5mm crochet hook. Finished size: 9 1/2" in diameter x 4 1/2"T.
