I-Cord Panache Scarflette

The double-knit drawstrings give this scarflette a shape reminiscent of Elizabethan ruffs -- only much warmer and very fashion-forward. This e-pattern was originally published in the September 2011 issue of Creative Knitting magazine.

Size: About 7" x 29". Made with medium (worsted) weight yarn and size 10 (6mm) straight and 2 double-pointed needles.
