When Wendy began to quilt seven years ago, her sewing experience was very minimal. For her very first quilt, Wendy chose a rather intensive applique. After that, Wendy was totally smitten with quilting! Before long, Wendy had made her second, third and fourth quilts, and the rest is history. She started designing and working with more magazines a little more than three years ago when she became a stay-at-home wife and mother. Her work has since appeared in national and international quilting magazines. In addition to her magazine work, Wendy also does freelance design work for fabric companies.
